I stayed at your hotel in Sacramento CA from 9/1, check out 9/4. I checked in and because of problems with the rooms, one dirty behind the bed and no air conditioning, the second room had mildew shower curtin, and finally we got a third room. Because of this they discounted my stay to 126.48 which was the total bill and charged to my debit card. But they never reverse the charge of 63.24 which they charged my credit card. I have tried reaching out to the person that wanted to give me club points with no response back regarding my complaint. Keep the points and give me my money back.
