I made a reservation for Sat. I was with my family on the way back home from Lake Tahoe to LA and when I made the reservation they told me that since it was to late to make a cancelation my credit card it will be charged $150.00. Anyway, I stopped after midnight to check in with 2 kids in the car half a sleep and they tell me that the hotel was sold out and I had no room. First excuse they try to give me was that: "it was a slightest possibility that I would have not shown up, than they sad smth about that there were not enough points in my account (when they had a credit card on the file with a $8,000 limit). Bottom line, I was left in the middle of the night with 2 kids in the car without the room.

When I filed a complaint with Marriot customer care, first they're trying to make me move on and be happy that my credit card wasn't charge for the cancellation (a cancelation that they messed up) than they tell me on the phone that they'll credit my acc. 75,000 points but all they did was crediting my acc with 7,500 points (A JOKE). This is how Marriot treats their customers! Wasn't worth my time, my frustration. Never ever again Marriot!
