Ticket was charged on my card and everything should have been fine but the company sends me mail two days prior the trip that the ticket was canceled with no reasoning provided! My card went through and I had more than enough money in the bank so there was not an issue with bank! But I was said that they could not reach the bank for authorization (as they thought the bank was closed on the weekend!) also they claimed they called me which is absolutely absurd! No missed calls or voice mail on my phone which is cell and Always with me! They also denied booking another ticket as the supervisor said she was not authorized... What makes her the supervisor then - worst accent in English or her non-professional attitude on the phone?
