I provided three contact phone numbers and an email address, and a day before my flight, I got just a single email saying that my flight was canceled because they had problem contacting the bank. When I contacted the supervisor, he said I will need to buy a new ticket for the next day. They should have tried to reach me to verify or provide more details, or even provide a new account to charge, instead of canceling my ticket! That is unacceptable customer service. I will never use travelocity.com!
