I would like to thank all of you for everything you guys did for our event – all the work before by Dom and Peggy to organise all the coaches and advising with costings and timings, the way that Gavin handled the potentially awful situation last Wednesday so calmly and efficiently and the fantastic management of the coaches by Will on the day – every aspect of the service was even better than we could have hoped for.
All the coaches arrived on time (most actually arrived early!) the kids were unloaded and then reloaded with no hassle and all the coach drivers were really happy with the constant updates that Will was providing.
The coaches last year, as I mentioned at the start of this process, were the bain of our lives and one aspect of the event we couldn’t control, however this was all solved this year with the help of you guys – my job on the day was so much less stressful as a result and I really appreciate everyone’s hard work for that!
