Hotel Howard Johnson la Carolina in Quito, Ecuador. My daughter left her hair flat iron in room 1004 on 5/28 when checking out. As soon as she reached Cuenca she called them to ask to put it aside and she would reclaim on her way back in a few days. Housekeeping said there was not one left in room. They lied and stole it.
