First, let me say I got what I paid for. That is, if friendly help is not included. I used this company more than once all the while gritting my teeth by the resistant customer service provided by Bobby/Raj. I bought an airplane ticket and was handed a piece of paper to show my flight plan, but with no seats. I also had a connection with a different carrier and did not know who was the main provider of this flight. I was also flying with a cat. I sent him and email asking about my seats and who to contact. He got angry at my asking him. Wow, I was shocked he got angry at me. Then, I had to do detective work to find these things out. I thought what did I just pay this guy for.

I see and understand he is very busy. But that is not problem. I expect when I buy something that someone is patient to answer my questions. Especially if this information should not even need to be searched for. And drop the attitude.
