Went to look at today's bank statement and noticed there were 2 charges from them and when I went to google their name for a phone number learned that you guys had a scam report on them. Contacted back who is trying to reject the first $98.00 as they did charge me twice and now want to get all of my money back if this is a scam. I am right now with this double charge out $496.00 and could really use this money. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
