Doest Cancel Charges Your Acct Months Later & Only Half Refund didnt cancel, ripped off, no refund, half refund, rude, double charged, charged without permission

I ordered the sample from them back in March. After getting the sample diet patches and not liking them I cancelled.

Much to my surprise it is not July 5th and there are 2 charges on my bank statement one for 69.90 and the other for 60. Oo both from Ultima Patch. When I call the 800 number they list it is disconnected and I had to search the web to find the number for them which happened to be a long distance number and then I sat on hold for half an hour. Then they tell me they had no record of me cancelling. Only that I had received the sample.

All these months and nothing from them. They couldnt tell me why the 2 charges, they couldnt refund my money, they said it was a nonrefundable product and that they could only refund half of my money for each charge. They couldnt even tell why the second charge. They didnt want to talk about the second charge just kept telling me that since the product had been shipped I could only get half of my money back.

These people are truly scam artists at their best! They wait until you dont expect to hear from them anymore and then they slam your bank account with a double whammy!
