OUR CRITICISM has 3 parts:
1. Cheapoair didn't inform me of any modifications about my concerns for four to Hawaii planned for July 28. I arranged journey on 1/4/08. It had been just on June 25 that I then found out Air Tran Airlines had filed bankruptcy on April 3. No e-mail or mobile call was obtained by me. I've looked my deleted and spam but discovered nothing from their website.
2. On further request with CSA Travel Protection Insurance, I came across that Cheapoair had ended my insurance on April 29 without my understanding or notice.
3. Though Cheapoair did put-back some of the cost, No notice was delivered to me by what these were performing or why. Used to do not get this data till calling the charge card company. The only real answer they offered in my experience was to create a fresh journey agreement for one more price of $7, ooo. I really believe my insurance state might have acquired any price for that seats.
