I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse online from india times on nov. 07. The same product did not work at all since i bought it. I immediately informed india times this product has one year replacement warranty. Upon receivng the damaged product i wrote to india times more tham 25/30 e-mails. Everytime they promised to replace the diffective product. But up until today they did not do so. I even wrote to their operation head but no response. I am very sick and tired of their falls promises. I think people dealing with india times should be carefull. Looks like this is a fraud company. I have all the corrospondence from the beggenning with them which i am going to publish.
