Our return flight from Seattle to Anchorage arrived later than scheduled and we literally had to run to catch our ERA flight to Kenai. Risking heart attacks, made it to the ERA counter 20 minutes before the departure time... Sorry... They had already given our tickets to stand-by passengers and the flight was gone. That's what ERA thinks of it's long time customers. We have commuted between Kenai and Anchorage for many years and this is not the first time we have sworn to stop using ERA... But it is the last. There is another air service, Gxxx Aviation www..com / They are a better choice.
