Received confirmation for each traveller
When cancelling one traveller, i used the confirmation itineary in the email
One of them was not for the traveller.
It cost us 500$ to get back the other traveller which was not suppose to be cancelled.
Expedia.ca was informed BUT they never replied to our email complaining about this miss leading confirmation email. This was a nightmare trying to make sens of their system.
As a consumer of airline ticket... It was the worst experience as no customer care was able to direct us in the proper steps to reverse THEIR mistake in their confirmation email. We spend 4 hours on the phone trying to reverse the situation.
