I tried to book a flight up for my makeup artist tonight, and after going through the process of making my reservation and filling in all of her information I was told that their were technical difficulties. THIS HAPPENED 4 TIMES Before I finally got wise about it and called their help line. When I finally got through to someone THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! They said that their servers were probably down in my area, so my only option was to pay AN ADDITIONAL $30 to make my reservation through them. Seriously?
