I tried to book a flight to Hawaii 3 times on the internet, typing all the info in, only to get the message"try again, due to technical difficulty." Finally, called customer service. First they wanted to charge mea $30.00 dollar service fee to help me... But agreed to waive when I explained that I'd been online for over an hour and a half! They took all the info, including credit card info, then when they put it thru, had to wait 10 minutes. They came back and said there was a price increase... Of 400 dollars... My fisst return flight was no longer available. I said never mind. Was told there might be a hold on my credit card... Even though the reservation never went thru. When I complained, shifted me to customer service... They were so sorry. Let them try to help. Ok... All over again... All the info, including changing to a different return flight. Same thing happened again... Return flight (new one) ALSO just happen to go up in cost... While we were on the phone! Do you see a pattern here? So Bradley and Austin from Travelocity... I'm not falling for this scam... There is still a need for honest, legitament travel companies. If I'm going to pay more, I'd might as well use one of them. Definately NOT Travelocity!!
