Cheap o air uses cheap trick to reel you in and dink you with a higher ticket price than you think. This is what happened to me. I booked an air ticket online and got a confirmation. However the info on the itinerary was incorrect (my name was spelled wrong). I called their customer service and was told that the ticket had to be cancelled and the new ticket was a few hundred dollars more. How rediculous. I did not make the spelling mistake. Beside, why should the ticket be cancelled instead of just fixing the spelling. I asked for a refund, but they still charged me $10 for a service fee that I think they did not deserve. Stay away from these people.
