I have been on the phone all day with Cheapoair and my bank to figure out why cheapoair charged my account twice. Cheapoair stated they didn't, but my bank statement shows they did and my bank verbally stated the same. Now cheapoair billing states that it is the banks error and not theirs. Okay, this has got to stop... I want my 319.00 credited back by cheapoair. They are the ones that charged my account and not the bank. Still waiting for the higher ups at Cheapoair to call as the billing department stated they would. What an exhausting day of phone calls and waiting, please someone help!!!
