7 months ago i was overcharged $200 on my credit card. It took 4 months, countless phonecalls and perstering on my part until they finally reluctantly gave me back the money they overcharged (which they did in installments since its apparently against policy to pay it all at once..???) I was so furious and asked if they felt it would be fair to get some form of compensation. They reluctantly said they would give me $25 off a future flight (note: this is the same thing they offer you if you experience flight delays etc!). Swearing never to book with this company I demanded that given in a check. They agreed and made many empty promises. I called in again and each time I had to retell my whole story and they said no, we can only give you a coupon for a future flight. I said fine, send it to me... Still haven't seen that coupon! Save yourself a lot of trouble and book with a real company that has an ounce of customer care.
