Don't Waste your time review

I am relocating from the northeast to the south. With all the pressures that it takes to complete a move like that in a short period of time, the last thing I needed was to not be able to get to my destination. It took 2 hours to attempt to book a flight and after many computer related glitches, I decided to call the company. Did you know that there is a $30 charge to book over the phone? EVEN if the reason you had to call was because their website was on the fritz? They may be nice and wave that fee but not after a stern talking to and permission from the manager. Anyway, after 2 agents and no luck I was told tha tthe reason i was unable to get a confirmation was because the system was down. Not that anyone knew that before I went through the hassle of giving them my card info a total of 6 times. Yes six! If I see a trip to maui on my next bill, I'll know why. After many empty apologies and still no confirmed flight, i was told try again in an hour. Maybe, MAYBE I would be able to get my desired flight for the same price. No guarantees though. I hung up and went to cheaptickets.com, found the same flight (which by now only 3 seat left) and booked it for a very pleasant price in less than 15 minutes. Don't waste your time folks.
