Cwt Vacations
Taken 3550$ for Airline Tickets and ran away New York

I came across this travelling agency 'CWT Vacations' (Also called as Consumer Wholesale Travel) on internet (sulekha.com) and I talked to Mina Sanghvi and Cesar on Dec-10 to get 3 Airline Tickets from Tampa to Hyderabad (leaving on Jan 18 and Return on Feb 17). They promised me that they will send the tickets for 3550$. I sent the check on Dec-15 and the check got cleared on Dec-15. When I called on Dec-19, She said they will be sending the tickets during Dec-22 and Dec-26. And thats it. No information from these people.

I found out from Internet that she is doing this since 1994.

Please suggest me what to do?
