Hi, i recently took the Grey hound from Chicago to Michigan. Before i took the bus my friend complained about it saying that it was horrible until the switch to the Indiana trails bus. When i arrived to the bus station, it was horrible, rude workers at the counter, one lady name if i can remember was Natachsia or something close to that and i saw her their before yelling at a man when i was walking my girlfriend to the bus station. When i got on the bus, we didn't leave til almost an hour later because the bus was late, the bus was VERY uncomfortable, at the switch, my bus was the old Indiana trail. The worst part of the whole ride was that their were not enough seats for everybody, i believe that once the bus seats are sold out, then tickets for that bus schedule shall no longer be distributed. People who missed the bus cried because they paid money to go see family for thanksgiving and they weren't able to, it was sad to see the disappointment on their faces and two people sat on the floor in the middle of the isle for two hours from Ann arbor to Detroit which is unsanitary and uncomfortable for the payee. I could also hear underneath the bus as i was sitting in my seat, i heard every time the bus accelerate. Seats were the worst. If at anytime you decide to take a bus out of state, if possible, take the mega-bus, it doesn't make stops every 15 minutes like the Grey hound, it is very comfortable, its not freezing and if it is the bus driver will actually turn the heat on if everybody is complaining, the seats are awesome, its a smooth ride and its enough room. I never knew how much the mega-bus meant to me until i rode the Greyhound. Thanks for your time
