Absolutely the worst travel experience of my life. Idiot driver turned on the HEAT while parked at the depot instead of the AC. Outside temp was 101 inside like a microwave. Once boarded can't get off. I thought I would DIE. People were taking off their shirts and fanning. Passenger had to finally turn off the heat and turn on the AC. This honestly happened on St. Louis to Atlanta on 8-2-11. Of course the moron driver NEVER commented or apologized for the mistake. This is only a SAMPLE of all that happened on this trip. NEVER let anyone you care about ride the Hell-hound.
