We too purchased a Timeshare from NH Krstal Vacation Club in Cancun in 2003. We purchased under extreme their extreme sales pitches of being able to sell our or rent our weeks! We bought and signed a contract that specifically states that maintenance fees are due only when you use the timeshare.
We too have been head hunted by Concord Servicing Corp.in Nov. 2010 for back due maintenance fees dating back to 2009 and 2011. They have been hounding us every week for months to collect. We have reported them to the Mexican BBB in Mexico which is equivalent of the BBB in the U.S. As well as having to retain legal advice to help us with getting them off our backs.
We have asked them to stop harrassing us and leave us alone! We want out of this horrific timeshare and want them to void our contract with no FEES!
