I booked my hotel at best western charlottetown prince edward island, they guarenteed the lowest price and to my surprise upon checking out the next day i was told by the girl at the front desk ;that my room was 159.00 including tax i paid 211.00 including tax through travelocity. I was very upset and the girl at the desk said for me to contact travelocity and the hotel would confirm the price of the room to them if they called. Good luck with that i have been trying for 2 days now and the first call they said that i would recieve a call in 24 hours the second call they said someone would call in an hour and the third call said half an hour so far no call i seem to be getting the run around from customer service if you can call it that... I called again this morning and they said call back in 6 hours this is no joke i have been ripped off and 52dollars is due back to me the best western did not like hearing that i would have been mislead by a company representing the best deals for best western hotels. Not only that the deal that best western has on to stay 2 nights and your third is free does not apply to me because i used travelocity... Screwed again
