Myself, wife and family memebers decided to take a short vacation, at this hotel and from the time we arrived it was a problem. I and my wife used 2 different credit cards and they did not know what they were doing. They charged us double causing our cards to become negative, so whenwe went out to dinner we had no money, we had to borrow money from family members. This was truly embarassing, we were intending on staying there for four days but had to cut vacation short, was not offered any compensation for embarrasment.
