Do not use travelocity ever! I purchase a ticket for $263 and had to cancel it. They charged me $180 to cancel it ($30 Travelocity reissue fee and $150 airline reissue fee). They gave me a $83 credit. The catch is to use the credit I can only book over the phone which they will charge me another $30 fee. This leaves me with a $50 credit. I have tried to use this credit three different times and each time no one answers the phone (I have been on hold 60 mins the first time, 95 mins the second time and 45 mins the third time). This company needs a class action suit against them. They are committing fraud!
