I'm writing to say how rude the staff are in your sunset company. I talked to a certain angel and a supervisor who did not help at all. Angel actually have the nerve to tell me "i need to work now, and i don't have the time to listen to you".

considering they spent 2 hours to talk me into buying the vacation package the first time... And after they've taken my 399 usd and 700 usd on 2 diff times... They suddenly don't have time to listen now... WOW!

why i gave my credit card in the first place? BECAUSE THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE STARS AND THE MOON when they're trying to woo you into buying these packages.
