I was unpleasantly surprised in a recent stay when my room was not well cleaned and the staff was rude

Like a regular person of Starwood resorts i should state I had been unpleasantly shocked in a current stay when my space wasn't well-cleaned and also the team was rude. You cant cost the costs you cost should you don't possess a best-in enterprise environment. Which means from the area towards the workers.
