This is a Scam. The company is fraudulent and the business practices are suspect. From other complaints, it looks like I am not the only one being scammed out of my hard earned money.
I was promised a free room, but all I got was $100 charge in addition to the $300 a Westin Employee stole from me. Please refund my money asap.
Resolution Sought: When I went to use the free room they gave me they charged me $100.00. So now I am Out a total of $400 dollars due to this Westin / Starwood Scam. I suspect fraud, and demand $400 for the items Westin stole from me and the unauthorized charge.
