We created a reservation on 4/26 to get a remain on 5/29 and because of disease needed to stop the planned journey. On 5/26, we named to stop (3 times prior to the stay) and were informed "you'll not return all of your $67.58 currently billed towards the charge card". We acknowledge that people didn't examine all of the fine-print (never thought I would need to simply to make a booking which we've completed often in several decades in the world). Please individuals, STUDY ALL OF THE FINEPRINT WHEN DEALING WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS!
