Charged for Room when the hotel clerk gave room away to someone else

On March 12 I, named Comfort Suites in Nacogdoches, Texas and created a reservation for my pastor. I obtained a conformation # 147771616 in the woman that got the phone call. Although producing the reservation I informed the motel worker that my pastor might sign in on Friday or Wednesday of the week of March 22-25. I informed her he wasn't certain which day he could be there her particular phrases were that's good he'd just be charged for that times he remains. I also informed her he wouldn't be remaining the whole week she mentioned that'll be good. On March 23 when my pastor came in Nacogdoches and proceeded to check on in in the resort he was informed that his have been obtained. Our pastor needed to remain at another location thank heavens that the Bedandbreakfast had a vancancy in those days. I named the resort in Nacogdoches on April 6 keep in touch with Lauren and informed her that my pastor was billed $86 and didn't remain one-night.
