I saw that someone had posted a negative review of Orbitz.com. I have to say that I use them several times a year and have found them incredible. A year ago, they went to bat for me for two days when an airline divided our flying group to Mexico so that we had to drive back half a day later and pick up our other half. Orbitz spent a grueling amount of time on this; though we didn't get our seats changed, the airline knew who we were each time we checked in for a leg of the flight and finally offered part of our party a free night and flight if we wanted to wait for the rest of the group. They have also backed us up on car rental in Mexico, which can be a daunting issue if you ever rent cars there. Plus, they always show the fees and taxes up front, no surprises. Thanks, Orbitz.
