My husband and I were highly disappointed when we went on ourhelicopter tour. We paid for a $300 package in which we were to see thegreater Los Angeles area including Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood & Hollywood Hills and this was suppose to be a 30 minutetour. We ended up on a 15 minute tour and we only went as far asUniversal Studios. Did I mention it was also Valentine's Day? This wasour present to each other that did not turn out the way we thought. Wetold the manager, Vaughn, what had happened and he reassured us that hewould check the flight log and refund the money to us within a day orso...
We have called 3 times now and it is a week later and noresponse! They make it sound like customer satisfaction is a highpriority but fail to return calls. Another thing to note is that inorder to fly, you're suppose to get weighed, watch a safety video andthen they are suppose to hand you a ticket that lets the pilot knowwhich package you paid for. It's no wonder they screwed up our flight, they couldn't have been more dis-organized! We never got weighed, nosafety video and of course, no ticket. Don't waste your money, find adifferent helicopter tour, one that's closer to the beach instead ofB. F.E.!
