Working with EF Tours is like working with the Mafia.
I was the first and only person to sign up for the tour at my daughters school.
The tour was supposed to be Spain, Southern France and Northern Italy.
Since we were the only ones to sign up besides the teacher arranging the tour, the tour was cancelled. I was told that all money would be credited to a voucher for a new trip. But I paid for the trip cancellation insurance, the insurance should have given me a full refund.instead they gave me a voucher for only part of the amount! What scumbags!
Other people waiting until late in the year to see if there was going to be a tour and they lost nothing. I stuck my neck
out and signed up and get punished for it! The teacher scheduled a new trip for next year, but this trip is different, it's London, Paris and Rome, and not what my daughter wanted to see and do. So, now we get maybe a chance for a trip we didn't want, and are screwed out of $240 to boot!
Long hold times, confused staff... This company is a RACKET!

Take your child on a tour yourself. It won't cost any more to plan a tour yourself. This is a rip off not a bargain.
