I bought a solution from Expedia for $740 from JFK to Istanbul. It isn't a cheap solution. As a result of medical crisis I'd to alter my journey ideas and delay it to get a week. I used virtually hours about the telephone, they called me so-called boss and her boss 2-3 level-up, but no aid. They didn't alter, they didn't provide credit for future use nothing.
