Salesperson contacts me via telephone after seeing my timeshare for sale on Craigslist. He explained that I would never sell my timeshare on Craigslist and for a fee of $899 he would have my timeshare sold in a couple of weeks using their hard sell methods in group settings. They set the price at $26,000 and said that price was low and it would sell fast. The sales person then put the manager on the phone with me and the manager confirmed that if I paid their fee and signed a contract, my timeshare would be sold within a couple of weeks. I listed my timeshare with them in June 6, it is now September 22 and I have not even had one interested buyer. I lowered the price in July to $13,900 and again in August to $7,900. Nothing! Placed several calls complaining but that did not help. Now my listing is expired. I will never ever give a company one dime up front to sell my timeshare. I really wish that I could get my money back, but I know that is impossible so the next best thing is to let other people know that this company is a ripoff!
