Rip-off! I signed up because they promised I could sell my timeshare in Mexico and 2 years later - no results! Internet

I signed up the star resort because they said they could sell my timeshare in a matter of weeks - its now been 2 years and still nothing. Paid $500.00 to sign up and nothing has been sold. Call every week and no updates on my timeshare.
