Operating ILLEGAL Vehicles and Joking about DEAD Passengers

This company recently TERMINATED drivers due to the fact they got TICKETS for driving one of their buses that had a EXPIRED commerical vehicle safety inspection. This inspection was over 3 months EXPIRED. And this want on just one of their vehicles, but was determined that many of their vehicles had EXPIRED Safety Inspections. Seems like the Mechanics need to do some work on them they said before they would pass inpsection and they hadnt got around to it. Dont sound like vehicles I want to be driving or riding in.

Also, they recently had a PASSENGER Die while on one of their tours. The Driver JOKED about this after they had returned commenting how they had to take this person out thru the side window of the coach and such. Sounds like they really cared about their passngers and such.

So If you are thinking about CHARTERING a Motorcoach from this company or travelling on one of their tours, I would strongly RECONSIDER. If you do travel with them, DEMAND to see the Drivers DRIVERS LICENSE and make sure they have a VALID Commercal Driver License with a PASSENGER Endorsement, also check out their DOT Medical certificate to make sure it hasnt EXPIRED and they have it on them. I know of many drivers who commented they never carried that with them. Also make them show you PROOF of Liability Insurance on that Vehicle and then check the Window Stickers showing that the Registration & Safety Inspections are CURRENT & VALID.

And then hope you get a good driver, they have a VERY HIGH Turn over of drivers due to the ATTITUDE of the owners running off any body that doesnt play their games. Also their Senior Drivers think they know everything & can Joke about DEAD Passengers & such. Very Low Morale!!!
