Ripoff, horrible customer service, money thieving

I recently went on vacation to St. Louis for 4th of July and chose a Hotel in a city which was just across the river from the arch for about 60 bucks a night. But after searching around I found a better nicer one for only 10 bucks more.

After I ordered the second hotel that was IN St. Louis, I called and told them what I had done and they said not to worry about billing, that I wouldnt owe anything for the other hotel. Well about 2 weeks after the trip i couldnt figure out why my checking account was coming up 160 bucks under what I had written down.

So I went to my bank thinking it was them, but come to find out I had a bill for 3 nights of stay at a hotel i didnt even sign anything saying that i checked in, that i cancelled the reservation, and to top it off i only wanted to stay 2 nights not 3! So I called hotels.com furious at them, and they said they would send a check to me or an email to me about the situation. Well its been 4 months and i have gotten NOTHING back from anyone, so I just gave up on it. HAve fun if you get a hotel with them!!!
