I ordered a Supershuttle for pickup at my home on 7-30-08 at 4:30 pm and received a confirmation number. I called at 4:45 and was told I was the last stop and "she" was on her way, but traffic was a problem.
I called again around 5:15. With a new customer service rep who checked and said "he" was on the way. My international flight left at 7:40 pm so time was getting short. At 5:45 I called and was put on hold until the call disconnected. At 6:00 I called again and was told a shuttle was 18 miles away and was coming, but I could be put through to the dispatcher. The call was disconnected and at the same time I was on another line with the airlines who told me it looked like I would not make the flight unless I got in my car at that time and got to the airport.
I threw my things in my car and by that time, it was around 6:15 and still no shuttle. I raced to the airport and had no time to do remote parking so luckily got one at the terminal. After two weeks, my parking fees were $221 instead of the $44 roundtrip from the airport. Racing through, I got through security and the plane was boarding. I barely made my flight, was exhausted and very tired starting my overseas flight.
When I returned, there was no message on my machine and no letter from the company. I had been left to fend for myself. I would like for this company to reimburse me for parking fees which seems fair. Never again will I use this company.
