I purchased a resort travel package from Vacations Promotions representing RCI. Upon further research, I found that RCI did not recognize them. After phoning, I was offer a further reduction in the fee ($400) and more incentives i.E. Tickets etc. Wishing to book our travel, I contacted them and did not receive an answer. As it turns out I realize this is a total fraud and it appears there is no way I can get my money back. I note that many others have experienced the same.
