I also have already been obtaining the runaround from cheaptrips today for just two weeks. After getting all required actions to obtain my reimbursement and leaping thru numrous hoops, the reimbursement which was assured has nevertheless not been prepared. Earlier this week I named every day to consult with the desired "reimbursement boss" who apparantly is definitely out to lunchtime or on holiday after I eventually contact. They do not have e-mail (it is 2009 people), they cannot call overseas even tho they're a journey organization (yes, I'm calling to obtain the reimbursement DAILY from offshore), plus they consider 1-3 times to call back despite the fact that it's now been 5 times with no phone. Unbelieveable.
Does anybody understand how to start receiving to them and/or benefiting from kind of suit began against them? This really is simply incredible - SO MAD!
