Beware! This company goes by several AKA'S! They prey on victims by telephone telemarketing, promising you GIFTS to attend their timeshare presentation.
I was given a $50 Monarch Grand Vacations "Preferred guest" Visa card. I mistakenly misplaced the card and it was "lost" for a period of time. When I found the card, it had expired. I contacted Monarch and requested a replacement card, since there was still money on it which had not been spent. They refused to honor it.
