They claim you cannot buy a ticket on the internet without being informed that the ticker is non-refundable. Well I managed to do it. Of course they do not believe that I could do it and they are completely adamant about it and they now have alsoxt $500 of my money that the plan to keep. The CEO is unavailable to any customer. Several other contacts were to no avail.
