I purchased American Airline Advantage air miles to upgrade to first class seating on 4 tickets from Washington Reagan Airport to Seattle with one stop at Chicago O'Hare airport on September 27. On April 8 American Airlines changed the first class seating to economy seating from Washington Reagan to Chicago. They did not compensate me for the difference in air travel.
Transaction #1968507 (charged on credit card) for Sept. 27
Ticket locater #PRDNRD
Several emails have ensued to resolve this matter. American Airlines refuses to compensate for the difference in seating. I paid for 4 first class seats from Washington Reagan to Chicago O'Hare and had to travel in economy seats. I did not initiate any change in travel when American Airlines notify me of the change on April 8.
