I booked a crusie with them back in Feb. After being called several time I asked for a refund. They said that can't be done. Kept giving me the run around when I asked for a refund after being harassed by phone calls asking me to upgrade or book my trip

I booked a cruise with Imperial Majesty Cruise line back in February. I was told to give them a call when I was ready to set the date. I didnt hear from them for over three months. As of lately they have been calling me two to three times a week asking if I would like to upgrade my trip or set the date. I explained to them that we did not want to upgrade or book at this time and didnt want them to call back.

Around three weeks ago I called and asked for a refund because I was sick of getting harassed by them. She informed me that it is company police not to refund money and used the words I apologize for that over 13 times. They told me that I would be put on their do not call list and upgraded me for the trouble. I informed her again that is not what I asked for and was again given the run around that that was all she could do.

Last Saturday I got another call. Maria informed me that I can not be up on the do not call list because I am in their system with a reservation. This got my blood boiling. I told her not to call again, again. The very next day I got an automated call from them asking me to book my trip. I didnt even get a chance to argue with this one, and tonight was the last straw, another automated call.

I called Imperial and said I was on the do not call list, I was told that I cant me on the do not call list, and now I again on the do not call list. The list is not the issue. Its the back talking and lying between one person to another that has gotten my goat. Three people on my 45 min. Call amounted to nothing. I asked for the person who could give me my money back and was given to George. First he told me that was never going to happen and then he said he could not to that at this time. What is it? I plan on giving every manager and floor supervisor this story until they address my issue.

They do give you a grace period to cancel you reservation I you change you mind, however during that time they never called me once. Now that I cant cancel you call me about 3 times a week. I dont know how long its going to take to crack me and take the dam trip, but I do know they havent heard the last from me.
