Attended 4 presentations, each different rep reported Global has 95% suceess rate in honoring requests. We (and friends - other Global customers) have been unable to schedule vacations despite sending in requests well in advance of their requirement. Tried 2 last minute vacations and accomodations were horrific (toe nails near bed - very dirty). Global credited the stars and we can't use them anyway due to Global having no availability on the entire east coast - New England area to Florida.
Consumer report complaint filed - Global did not respond at all to Consumer report complaint. Want out of contract as it is useless to us. Global does not return calls.
Global Incentives are a scam. Though numerous complaints can be read on internet about this, Global continues to offer same incentives to lure customers.
Acquiring attorney to address false advertsing, bait and switch, high pressure sales.
Do not enter into contract with Global - you will be very disappointed with product and customer service.
