Been sending e-mails for the last 11 months to Calypso Cay Resort trying to cancel this pre-paid holiday. Been sending e-mails to customer service, admin, accounts and vacation Hubs.
Y Williams gave me M Rivera to contact and according to her I have to contact Exciting Destinations because they are on my bank account for receiving the money!
Problem is there is no other information to be able to contact Exciting Destinations. According to M Rivera she cannot help me because Calypso Cay Resort is not doing business with Exciting Destinations anymore.
When I tried to contact her again because I did not pay via credit card but with a debit visa card she started blocking my e-mails. They keep on blocking me and without them giving me the so-called information on the other company I am stuffed.
If Exciting Destinations pulled out why didn't Calypso Cay contact me to inform me what was going on! Exciting Destinations got the money - Calypso Resort sent info on holiday - now what. Want my money back!!!
