My spouse and that I ceased to remain in the Super 8 Hotel in Elk City, Okay. We requested to get a low-smoking space since I'm a lung cancer survivor. We enter the area and also the area smelled of smoking. The toilet bathroom handle was shattered. The towel rod was shattered off the beaten track. There is no ice-bucket within the space. We visited draw the covers back plus they were UNPLEASANT!!! We'd just experienced the area 10 units to find out all this. We decided we weren't Remaining. We visited the top table and described the issues. They stated if we got our material out we'd return our cash. Therefore we got our material out and returned towards the top table for the reimbursement. Then she explained NO, you're not obtaining a return. She attributed us for that clutter. We were just there 10 units and we were all set to sleep following a long-day of operating!!! After she repeated no reimbursement I informed her she'dnot noticed the final of it and quit. Therefore today I'm seeking to protest using the Super 8 Customer Support point plus they set me on-hold for more than 30 minutes. I actually donot understand what else to complete. Support!
