I can HONESTLY say that eventhough I never purchased a package through this company I worked there for five years and have never, ever, seen the abuse they put these innocent people through.
They have no guilt in their practices they are all scum bags from Jim Verillo (president) to Robbyn Walters (Dir. Of Customer Care) to Todd Centeio (Dir. Of Reservations) and all the little people they step on from middle management down to the people that throw the garbage out.
Rhonda Gaspa... Whatever HR DIR is a heartless, souless, evilest of evil old hag that has no concious and honestly I wonder how she can bear to look at her self in the mirror and call herself human, after she helps organize demotions (to encourage resignation so RPR isn't obligated to pay unemployment) and encourages tactics and evil ways to make employees feel ashamed, embarassed, and needless to say disencouraged to go to work on a daily basis.
I too was scamed, for five years hated my jobs as I was transferred from every position thinkable within the company and excelling at all of them, only to find back stabbing, deceiving, and lying at every door that I passed through.
Robbyn Walters the flaming dyke that has now found love in a man again that forced me to lie, cheat, and deceive people for money is truly the worst of the worse.
I recently made a big ticket item purchase and got a free vacation with the deal, will you believe it if I told you that RPR was behind that vacation too, HA!
They are everywhere in the telemarketing industry and IT HAS GOT TO STOP.
I KNOW EVERYTHING about the company and will help anyone get out of a purchase, which no matter what they say and how long it has been since the transaction it can be canceled it the right steps are taken.
